This weekend's rain is a welcomed sight compared to all the snow that we have had this year and  50 degrees seems like a heat wave!

With this rain and melting snow brings different issues. Local flooding could be a problem. We have made sure all road drains are clear of debris and that they are taking water.

I am sure you have been busy dodging pot holes on many of the state and local roadways. This is the perfect weather for pot holes! 

A pot hole develops from sometimes just a very small crack in the road surface. That allows water to drain under the road surface. Anytime temperatures drop below freezing that water freezes and expands. That causes larger fractures thus causing pot holes. This continual process and the constant pounding from traffic can make some craters.

If your property has developed any pot holes we can help. We use a temporary cold asphalt that works very well. It can offer relief until the hot asphalt plants open in April.
