NOTICE TO PATIENTS:

New Form / Patient Demographic Information

New Patient Demographic Form

OAA Orthopaedic Specialists is participating in a required government program that encourages the adoption of electronic health records. As part of this program, the government requires us to record the following demographic information about you: Race, Ethnicity, Preferred Language, Date of Birth, Gender. If you do NOT wish to provide this information, you may simply decline. For a full view of the form, CLICK HERE.

June is National Safety Month

Many people find themselves visiting an orthopaedic doctor because of an accident--a broken bone after a fall, or a sprained ligament from tripping on a curb, for instance. Some injuries can absolutely not be avoided. However, our friends at the National Safety Council have put together a campaign to amplify what our mothers have always told us: "Watch what you're doing!" The campaign , which continues throughout the month of June, features week-by-week themes. CLICK HERE to view.

New Website Feature: Patient Education Section

As a way to provide our patients with interesting and useful OAA's new patient education feature!information (some related to orthopaedics, some related to nutrition and general wellness), we've added a "Patient Education" section to our website. The section is also linked to OAA's Facebook page and our Twitter account. Just go to OAA's website, click on "About OAA," and follow the drop-down screen to "Patient Education."

All students are practicing doctors and dentists who are pursuing Masters degrees in business administration, with a concentration in healthcare systems management.
