OAA Expands Lymphedema Management Program to Lehighton
OAA is pleased to announce the expansion of our Lymphedema Management Department. Services will now be provided at our Lehighton office as well as our Allentown office. OAA was the first orthopaedic group in the Lehigh Valley to offer Lymphedema Management as both a complement to surgical recovery, and as an independent therapy for other conditions. Grilled Corn on The Cob

With Memorial Day (and nicer weather) right around the corner, people everywhere will soon be dusting off their grills in anticipation of the summer picnic season!
There are plenty of great corn-on-the-cob recipes, but this recipe combines the sweetness of young corn with a kick of cilantro. Thus, it is buttery and flavorful without being fattening and bland.

May is National Arthritis Awareness Month. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Arthritis affects 50 million U.S. adults (most of whom are aged 65 years and older), costs $128 billion per year, and continues to be the most common cause of disability in the United States. This year's theme, "Take Action," is aimed at raising public awareness of self-management interventions that can improve arthritis symptoms and quality of life. For more information, CLICK HERE.
