February is National Heart Month
Heart disease and stroke are leading causes of death in the U.S. However, regular exercise not only reduces your risk for these conditions, but can improve your overall mental and physical health.
In honor of National Heart Month, our friends at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) have provided the following tips for how to create a balanced exercise program.
In turn, our friends at the American Heart Association have provided tips for how to STICK with the program!

February's Recipe of the Month Few things says "Valentines Day" more than a box of chocolates. Unfortunately, we all know that overindulgence of chocolate (even the good kind) or any kind of sweets isn't healthy. Luckily, our friends at the American Heart Association have years of experience paring healthy ingredients to produce delicious edibles--including delectable desserts such as this month's featured recipe: Chocolate Pudding Cake.
