Everyone who was in the photo shoot at the Coltrane House in April will receive a free copy of the historic photo taken by Elena Bouvier at the Town Hall Meeting.

Great Day in Philly

Hey, people are starting to notice the fabulous work Jazz Bridge has been doing with YOUR help. Our organization was honored to be spotlighted in the online journal Philadelphia Social Innovations that recognizes social innovation in the nonprofit world. Check out the article online or read it here: The Jazz Bridge Project: A Medley of Advocacy and Aid , by Hadiyah N. Muhammad.

Making A Difference Award!

Last year, Jazz Bridge  honored jazz advocate Thelma Anderson for her wonderful work with the jazz community for many decades and the year before that we honored the late Trudy Pitts, one of our most treasured jazz musicians.

Now it's time to nominate the person YOU think should get the award this year at our December benefit. The nominee does not have to be a musician, but he or she MUST have a strong record of service to the jazz community. This honor also carries a cash award of $250.

Please send a nominating paragraph of a least 150 words to Wendy at [email protected]

Yes, you can nominate yourself!
