Thai Luang RestaurantDeCarlo Studios Redesigns Web Site for Thai Luang Restaurant
in Herndon, VA

DeCarlo Studios recently launched  a newly redesigned web site for Thai Luang Restaurant in Herndon, VA, which is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary. Creating the design presented a new challenge: it was difficult to design on an empty stomach! Thai Luang's owner, Muttika Setapayak, wanted her web site to show off her delicious and artistic Thai dishes and reflect the warm Thai hospitality and decor. She puts her heart and soul into providing her guests with the best Thai food in the Washington, D.C. area.

Santa's Top 5 Business Tips

Santa runs his business without a hitch, like clockwork every year. What a great person to give us a few tips to keep our businesses running smoothly and efficiently!

Santa1. Make a List and Check it Twice

Make a list of business goals and check it often to be sure you are staying on target. Setting goals helps us to define and refine the path to our dreams.

2. Take Your Cookie and Milk Break

Resist the urge to work continuously without a lunch break, especially during the busy holiday season. Studies show this break refreshes you both mentally and physically so that you can perform better and be more focused .

3. Make Sure "The Suit" is Ready to Go
Always look your best to make the best impression; dress professionally and make sure your clothes are clean and prepared the night before "the big day".

4. Be Kind to Your "Elves"
Give your employees incentives, compliments and gracious thanks. These elves represent your company every day and they will give 100 percent when they feel appreciated and satisfied.

5. Let Your Reindeer Fly
Set guidelines, but give your employees the freedom to create within these guidelines. Given the opportunity to fly, many will soar to new levels of productivity.
