Wikipedia says that Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and broadly to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth.  I don't know about you, but personally I am in need of all of that!  Riding season is finally here and there are tons of events going on all over the Southeast.  We always appreciate it when you can show up to visit with us, whether we are under our PINK tent at one of your events or running crazy at one of our own.  We have new sponsors, new vendors and are looking forward to an amazing Curves & Chrome weekend in July.  I hope you are already making your plans to attend all three days of FUNdraising for BBBC.  As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  Your feedback only makes us a better charity and vehicle through which we can help others.

Sincerely,

GIVING BACK

BBBC was contacted by a high school student from Armour, SD, who had built a mini-chopper for a graduation project and was required to make it be street legal. After he finished the bike he held a Blessing of the Bikes at his local Catholic church and asked for a freewill donation. Half of the money went to the church and half to Bikers Battling Breast Cancer. How amazing is that! God is so good! I've attached some pictures of the bike and the young man who cared enough to give back. His Mom is a breast cancer survivor. God bless him and his family!!

MODELS NEEDED
Got your attention?  Lori Camp from Bikers Gone Wild is organizing, and Harley-Davidson of Atlanta will be hosting, our 5th Annual Leather & Lace fashion show on Saturday, July 16, as part of our Curves & Chrome Weekend.  The event will take place at 5PM that day and NEW THIS YEAR, we are looking for people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer, whether yourself or someone in your family, to be our models.  This will be a very special event in which we highlight our survivors and the caregivers of those who might have lost their battle, while at the same time seeing the newest and greatest fashions.  If you are interested or know someone who might be, please call Lori at 770.505.8693.
