I can't believe it's FINALLY here!!!  In just a few days we will gather together as a BIG group to raise money for deserving women, men and their families who are battling this dreaded disease.  Thank you for your support at this event and throughout the year!  We couldn't do this without YOU!!!
 
Alot of you have pre-registered but there is still time if you are interested in saving yourself some time on Sunday morning.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR SUNDAY
Registration "officially" starts at 11AM but we will be ready to go around 10AM for you early birds.  97.1 The River will be with us all morning to rev our motors with some great tunes.  Just before 12Noon we will have the Blessing of the Bikes with the Cross & Crown Riders and with the FBO at Noon and LBO at 1PM.

At 5Pm we will announce the poker hand winners, silent auction winners and have our famous LIVE AUCTION, including our amazing crystal-studded helmet designed by artist, tia lynn, along with her painting of our 2010 Ms. 1-in-8, Cathy Gailey!  After that, the music with broadBAND rocks on until 7ish!!
 
DON'T FORGET -- If you cannot participate in the poker run, you can still join in on all the fun at the VFW for a $10 fee at the gate.

NOT what you think!!  Don't forget about our TIE ONE ON program!!  PLEASE bring a gently used bra with you on Sunday morning and we will carefully affix it to your bike (with pink zip ties, of course) to proudly fly during your ride through the West Georgia community to raise awareness.  Then at the end of the ride we will carefully remove the bra (or let you do it) and place it in a "Hope Chest" and give the bras to the Breast Cancer Survivors Network to be donated to needy breast cancer patients.  We will have a few extra bras there that have been donated for our program for those who want to participate!!  This is going to be quite a sight to see.  Don't miss the fun!!

Each year BBBC selects a wonderful woman to be our "Ms. 1-in-8."  She is the face of all women touched by this terrible disease that our group battles every day.  The crown and sash are not there to glamorize breast cancer, but act as another tool to bring more awareness to the fact that 1 in 8 women are touched by this disease, our "Ms. 1-in-8" steps into the Battling Brigade to help us fulfill our mission of education, early detection and awareness.  This year's "Ms. 1-in-8" is CATHY GAILEY! Read Cathy's story by visiting our website and clicking on the Ms. 1-in-8 tab on the Home Page.
