Introducing Gwen!

As the newest member of the Ageless Team I would like to introduce myself to you. For the past six years I have enjoyed living in Edmonds and getting to know the Seattle area. Switzerland was home to my family and I for four great years before moving here. We had ten fantastic years split between Richmond, VA and West Chester, PA. I started my post college, working life in Fort Collins, CO. All three of my children were born there.

As a young family in Colorado we had ample opportunity to ski, all of my kids were on skis by the time they were 2 ½ years old. That skill was employed generously during our years in Switzerland! We were so fortunate to be able to take advantage of the abundant recreational opportunities the West offered. As a result I have children who are always happy to ski, hike, bike, or golf with me.

One of the very satisfying things about our time overseas was travel and food. Good food and I have a close relationship! Entertaining friends and sharing good meals with them is a true passion of mine. Enjoying all that good food needs to be balanced. To achieve that I love to road bike in good weather and hit the gym for spin classes when needed. One of the things that has enriched my life is my Yoga practice. This winter I am looking forward to starting my Yoga teacher training.

Another passion is education. I started my career out as an educator and have continued it on in some form for the life of my career. I am so excited to extend my role as an educator here at Ageless. I look forward to meeting all of you and talking about all of the wonderful possibilities that await you here!
