A Word About Your Lawn Care Service
Looks like the leaves are mostly down!
We have begun scheduling the fall leaf clean-ups for all our program and regular customers. We've already completed partial clean-ups for many of our program customers. For those people, the plan is to do the final clean-up after all the leaves have fallen and the neighbors have removed all their leaves. We are monitoring your properties, but if you have a special need, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate it!
For everybody else, we are proceeding based on location and the time required to complete the work (i.e. in an eight hour day, one crew can complete a six hour clean-up and a two hour clean-up). Of course, we can't do everybody first, but we are carefully arranging our schedule to get as many properties as possible done each day. We have four clean-up crews working currently and plan to add a fifth shortly.
A note about leaf disposal. Wherever possible, we blow the leaves into the woods. In most towns, we can't blow them into the street, and of course, we can't blow them onto someone else's property. Therefore, if we have to, we remove the leaves by truck. We have to pay by the yard to dump leaves at the Morris County MUA. This cost is something we can't control, but we don't think it's fair to impose this expense on everyone. So, only the customers who need us to remove their leaves are charged disposal fees. Unless specifically stated, disposal costs are not included in any of our contracts.
Please be assured that we are working hard to make sure your property is sparkling clean for the holidays!
