Dear Friends of Grace Babies' Home,
As we move into spring, my heart tends to beat faster in anticipation of Easter and the coming celebration of our Risen King. For those of us who have made Jesus Christ our Savior, this season reminds us of our present victory and our future hope. It is my deep desire that our GBH family share this victory and hope with God's orphans this Easter. In this issue of Baby Talk be encouraged that as you continue to support this ministry through your prayers and gifts, you are a vital part of bringing about God's purposes for this ministry. May God continue to bless you as you make His priority for the fatherless your own.

In the Lord's Waiting Room
Wait for the Lord; Be strong, and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord. Psalm 27: 14
When Natalia was adopted, we thought we would get a few short days to catch our breath before another wave of babies came. As days stretched into weeks, our GBH family found ourselves in the Lord's Waiting Room. December 21st, we initiated a daily time of earnestly seeking the Lord in prayer. Two months later, we continue to meet while waiting expectantly on Him. We are experiencing God's presence and power in such a way that we are learning to savor this season. We are confident that God will fill our home with babies in His perfect timing and in a way that will glorify His name.

Answered Prayer
Since our GBH family began daily seeking the Lord, boldly approaching His Throne of Grace, here are a few of the things we have watched Him do:
 - For two years we have been working to bring phone/internet lines to GBH. We had been told no less than a dozen times that it could not happen. After six weeks of prayer, on February 10th, Telnor arrived to install our phone/internet line.
- With the arrival of staff and interns, we saw the need for another floater cell phone. The plan we need has not been offered for four years. We submitted an out-of-plan request with Verizon almost a year ago and have been hitting walls ever since. After almost two months of prayer, on February 19th, Verizon notified us that our request was approved.
- Towards the end of February, within a week of each other, God brought us our first two interns.

Meet Our First Interns
 Melodie Janzen from Manitoba, Canada and Tia Wagner from San Diego, California joined our GBH family in February. These two godly, young women have chosen to serve the Lord at GBH, even while it means serving Him in His waiting room. We meet twice daily, laboring in prayer and studying God's word. They keep up with their own personal daily devotions, help with tasks around the home, and serve at the children's home in the afternoon. We are thrilled to have these two young women join our family. |

- A bilingual, missionary nurse
- A reliable vehicle for the ministry
- The land behind the baby home to be offered to us at a good price
- Favor with Mexican immigration
- Favor with the US Sentri office
- God to fill our home with babies in His way and His time
