Catch Surf's Up at Princess Anne's Pool!
Try a new twist on traditional family fun - watch a movie in the pool! Movies are shown on a jumbo inflatable screen and there's no additional cost - just show up, float on a noodle, and enjoy the movie.
The next movie that will be shown is Surf's Up on August 12 at Princess Anne. The movie begins at 6 pm. A valid membership or visitor pass is needed and those under age 9 must be accompanied by someone age 16 or older in the water. Bring a friend or the whole family and get in on the fun!

Is Your Child Safe Near the Water?
It's summer and playing at the beach, at a water park, by a lake, or in a pool can be a real refreshing treat, especially on a hot day. Sometimes though, fun activities can turn into a devastating event quickly. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention states, "Fatal drowning remains the second-leading cause of unintentional, injury-related death for children ages 1 to 14 years."
Ensure that your children are safe in the water by registering them for swimming lessons! Recreation centers offer swimming lessons for infants 12 months and up. Swimming lessons are based on the learning standards of the American Red Cross and are taught by certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors. Lessons are offered all year long and private one-on-one lessons are available as well. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. Check our offerings in the Summer Catalog.
