THE 2012 MURAL COMPETITION:
...to debut this fall for Lowell Open Studios!

Rachel Kowalik
The unifying element of Rachel's winning mural design is a roadmap of Lowell. Her long composition will be broken into 3 sections; each related to the history and evolution of Lowell. Her panels will be abstract aerial landscapes and her color scheme will reflect the gallery's place--- with the colors of Southeast Asia and the bricks of the city. She plans to use different paints, some matte, some brilliant, and some with the brilliance of metallic leaf. Congratulations Rachel!
