Appalachia Rising Benefit
| Saturday, September 11, 7pm $5-$10 sliding donation suggested.
Stories from the Mountains: Interactive event and exhibit,
hosted by UMass Lowell History student Rana Xavier. Event to benefit those effected by radical
mountaintop removal strip mining in
southern Appalachia. Featuring photographs by Rana Xavier, a documentary screening and live
music. All proceeds proceeds will go to Appalachia Rising.
