Fitness-for-Service Toolbox
API 579-1/ASME FFS-1, Fitness-For-Service
The Fitness-For Service Toolbox gives engineers and inspectors
the ability to quickly review and analyze both existing and new fixed
equipment for structural adequacy, code compliance, re-rating, and
remaining life evaluations. The software also offers many new and
alternative analytical procedures to facilitate the analysis and
remaining life assessment of existing equipment. These "Tools" have
been coupled with state-of-the-art assessment procedures in API RP 579
to make the Fitness-For-Service Toolbox the industry standard
for performing Fitness-For Service (FFS) assessments of
in-service plant equipment.
