A team of national, regional and state organizations invites Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) and neighborhood watch programs along with neighborhood associations to participate in one of the free, scheduled disaster tabletop exercises being facilitated via the Internet.  Click here to learn more.

Helpline 2-1-1 counselors answered 23,837 calls in 2010 and offered 36,664 referrals.  The top concern was help with utilities.    Read on.
