The Rodef Shalom Course:
The Jewish Art of Everyday Peacemaking
Taught by Rabbi Amy Eilberg
Thursday nights: Oct. 18th & 25th; Nov. 8th & 15th
7:15PM - 8:30PM
This course examines classical Jewish texts on the art of everyday peacemaking. Based on materials developed by the Pardes Institute: Conflict Resolution Institute, we will study fascinating, little-known texts on the pursuit of peace- exploring what it means for each of us to be a "Rodef Shalom" (a pursuer of peace) in our own lives. For more information, contact Rabbi Amy Eilberg at rebamy@eilberg.com. |
