If you have a Senior this school year 2001-2012 and are planning on applying for the Bright Futures Scholarships, please be advised of the following:
 
Open enrollment for Bright Futures Scholarships start on December 1st.
 
Please request a Senior Transcript Evaluation through the Request Manager in your account..

When you have filled in the application, please go to our website, www.HomeLifeAcademy.com, and request a transcript to be sent to Bright  Futures through the Request Manager in your account. 
 
Please go to the Bright Futures website to familiarize yourself with the new  Bright Futures requirements.  You will notice there is an increase in the community service requirement, and you are now required to fill-out an application with FAFSA.

Facebook logo It's high school. If they haven't already, it's likely that your student is begging to join the social monster of our time: Facebook. A lot of parents are concerned about Facebook; how can they be sure that their child isn't getting up to shenanigans of some sort? How can they maintain the safety of their student's identity from those who would misuse the information?Fortunately, there are many ways to protect the purity and the safety of your child while still allowing them the social outlet of Facebook. You simply need to follow the etiquette!
