Welcome to the 2010/2011 Academic School Year!

We are still not changing our mission:
"We believe God gives every child unique and wonderful gifts to use for His Glory and Honor. Our mission is to inspire and equip parents to help develop those gifts."
We are a ministry first and a school second. Our homeschool counselors make that difference every single day!

RE-ENROLL WITH A FEW SIMPLE CLICKS...
**NOTE: If you pre-registered for 10/11 you do NOT need to do the following.**
May 16th marked the beginning of the new academic school year, 2010/2011!! Keep in mind this "new beginning" refers to the new administrative year, not necessarily your new teaching year. You may still finish the previous school year. Take the time you need! And you may begin the 10/11 anytime as well, provided you "attend" at least 180 days a year in the course of the year.
In order to start re-enrollment the following steps are taken.
We set your file to "inactive" in order to allow you to re-enroll for the new school year. Once you login please update your student's educational plan and grade levels. Now, this "inactive" status is NOT a "withdrawn" status. We use the "inactive" status for administrative purposes.
However, every family is required to re-enroll each new school year in order to satisfy the compulsory attendance laws. HLA must report all names and addresses of students who do not re-enroll each year.
Please login to your account and follow the instructions to "re-enroll" for the new year. Don't forget to update your student's educational plan and grade levels. Once you click "re-enroll" you will be prompted to select a payment option.
- If you pay online with a credit/debit card you will receive a Confirmation of Enrollment and a Teacher Verification through email withing 24 hours. Your family status will be changed back to "Active."
- If you pay over the phone (888-560-0774 Option 3) you will immediately receive a Confirmation. Your family status will be changed back to "Active."
- If you select to pay by check or money order your account goes to "Pending Payment" status. NOTE: It does not change to Active until payment is received.
Once again, you may begin and end your "teaching" year at any time but we continue to encourage you to think of education as ongoing. We're happy to announce that the enrollment fees remain the same this year. You may choose to mail payment or pay with credit card after you click "re-enroll."
NOTES:
- You DO NOT have to have final grades submitted in order to re-enroll now.
- You DO NOT have to have your educational plan all picked out for the new year in order to re-enroll now. Please login later to submit your new ed plan so we have it on record.
