A Blissful Thai and Partner Yoga Experience
INTIMACY, SURRENDER, COMMUNITY

Experience an afternoon of sweet surrender and delight with a blend of Thai and Partner Yoga. Partner Yoga has strong roots coming from Thai Yoga Massage (aka "Lazy Mans Yoga"). We will begin with a Principle Based Partner Yoga sequence to stretch, connect and move your body in tandem with a partner, or fellow teacher. Then you will be guided through giving and receiving a soothing Thai Yoga massage sequence to release tension, increase vitality and lift your spirits.

Yoga teachers will gain knowledge to use in their classes to deepen their connection with their students. This workshop, sponsored by Yoga Teachers of Colorado (YTOC), will be suitable and beneficial for any level yoga student. Bring a friend/partner or come on your own for a BLISS filled and fun afternoon!

If you know about a yoga related employment, opportunity and would like to share it with our community please email me. We are also working on ways to expand our website with regular Blogs posts, so ...

IF YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED IN BLOGGING FOR YTOC, PLEASE CONTACT OUR WEBSITE MANAGER, CASEY FEICHT.

I look forward to seeing many of you at our February event, which I am co-presenting with my dear friend and amazing yoga teacher Yogeshwari Cindy Lawrence.  This one is just in time for Valentines Day!

Just like a creamy Godiva chocolate, you would never guess that the best part of yourself and others is the inside.

Examine closely the creamy chocolate in yourself and each person you meet. Surround yourself with people who encourage you to be successful, happy and magnificent. Remember to appreciate all the gifts that are in your life. No genuine happiness can spring from the heart of a person who does not recognize and celebrate his or her own intrinsic value.

On this Valentines Day and everyday, be grateful for all those perfect pieces of chocolate that make your heart complete!  And those that make LOVE possible.

Peace, Love & Chocolate!
