Courier Place, a multigenerational, transit-oriented development in Claremont, CA, has been certified LEED for Homes Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council, and Bonterra Apartment Homes, a development with spectacular views in a new planned community in Brea, CA, has been certified LEED for Homes Gold.
