We definitely brought affordable housing to the forefront; people know it's a huge issue in many communities throughout California for a variety of reasons. We will start to see solutions coming forward, there already is new legislation up in Sacramento. The hope is that by early next year, we'll see some dollars to help fill the gap and keep development moving.
