With three new developments and one rehab nearing completion, we have never seen a busier lease up season. Our property management partners, The John Stewart Company, have been hard at work sifting through thousands of applicants to fill 60 apartment homes at Doria in Irvine, 94 apartments in Brea at Bonterra , 76 senior and family apartments at our first intergenerational community at Courier Place in Claremont, and 104 SROs at The Studios at Hotel Berry in Sacramento.

We are also thrilled to be expanding our base of MHSA units. Both Doria and The Studios at Hotel Berry offer 10 apartment homes to those with special needs.  

There has been an overwhelming response of future residents anticipating the doors to open at these properties and we are excited to provide affordable housing that improves the quality of their lives in the neighborhoods where they work.
