I am pleased to announce that Housing with HEART's third annual Jam!boree Day will be held on October 10, 2010. Since its inception in 2007, Jam!boree Day has grown to over 400 participants and this year will include 27 communities throughout California.

          This fun filled day brings our residents together to play fitness oriented games and learn how to live a healthy life.  From morning to late afternoon an abundance of activities will be offered enlightening our residents on the importance of staying fit. Games, drills and exercises will be led by volunteers in volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Jam!boree Day also invites our senior citizens to enjoy Wii Bowling, ping pong, yoga and a community walk. Classes in Hip Hop, Zumba, Line Dancing, face painting, an obstacle course and a Wii "Just Dance" are also part of the day's agenda.
