Hello again from Jamboree! With so much negative news out there regarding the housing market, it's a pleasure to share positive and promising updates. Affordable housing is in the public eye to an extent we haven't seen in years and, while economic conditions have led to an even greater need for workforce housing, they've also created a lot of great opportunities. At Jamboree, our level of production continues to rise as we work with our partners to create full spectrum housing solutions that meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Take a quick look at what's going on in our corner of the world, as well as a new feature spotlighting one of Jamboree's many valuable partners. As always, we welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Laura Archuleta

Jamboree was also recently featured in Multi-Housing News in a piece about public/private partnerships, participated in a UCLA benchmarking study on green standards and took part in a USC paper on affordable housing.
