PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Laura Archuleta and Mayor Curt Pringle
As summer comes to a close, I'm thrilled to
announce that U.S. Bank has made an
equity investment of $1 million in Jamboree to
facilitate the creation of affordable housing.

Jamboree has a long history with U.S. Bank
as a partner in construction, permanent
financing and grant support for our resident
services program. This investment takes our relationship to the next level. Over time, these funds will produce thousands of new homes affordable to those historically underserved in the marketplace.

That's why U.S. Bank is highlighted as our "Featured Partner" below, along with other items of note from a very productive summer. As always, we value your feedback and hope to hear from you soon.

Laura Archuleta
President

A four-story community featuring two-, three- and four-bedroom, apartment homes and two-story town homes, Puerto Del Sol is a testament to Jamboree's dedication to innovative design and planning solutions. In August, with a crowd of nearly 100 supporters, Jamboree celebrated the grand opening of Monarch Pointe Apartment Homes, part of the revitalization of the Central Anaheim Neighborhood.  Monarch Pointe provides housing for 63 families who earn 30% to 60% of the area median income.
