PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Scholarship winner   We are proud to announce the completion of our two
newest communities: Puerto del Sol in Long Beach
and Monarch Pointe in Anaheim. Nearly all our new
residents have moved into Puerto del Sol, and Monarch
Point will be full by July.

We're also pleased to release our hot-off-the-press
Impact Report, highlighting Jamboree's success over
the past five years. More than 15,000 Californians in 46
communities call one of our properties home - a milestone
we could not have reached without the support of every
one of our committed staff and community partners!

Take a quick look at other highlights below. As always, we value your feedback and hope to hear from you soon

WHAT'S NEW...
Property Developments

In April, more than 139 guests joined
    Jamboree and H.O.M.E.S., Inc.
    (Helping Our Mentally Ill Experience
    Success) for the groundbreaking of
    Diamond Apartment Homes in
    Anaheim. This innovative residential
    community will provide permanent
    housing and mental health supportive
    services (through Telecare Corporation)
for previously homeless individuals and their families in Orange County. Holding
the groundbreaking on Earth Day was particularly appropriate, as Diamond is designed to be Jamboree's first GreenPoint Rated community.

Shenandoah Grand Opening    May saw the grand opening of the
    The Shenandoah Apartment Homes, in
    Sacramento's Greenhaven/Pocket Area.
    Jamboree collaborated with Capital Valley
Investments to acquire and rehabilitate the
    existing 100-unit apartment community into
quality homes that families can afford in an
area that has experienced one of the highest
    foreclosure rates in the country.
