OPPOSE Rep. Ryan's 2012 budget proposal:
The House Budget Committee approved the FY 2012 budget proposed by representative Paul Ryan (R-WI). According to an analysis by the Center on Budget & Policy Priorities two thirds of proposed cuts come from programs helping lower-income Americans, including a proposal to convert SNAP (food stamps) and Medicaid to block grants.
ACTION: Your voice is urgently needed. Call your Representative 1-888-245-0215 (toll-free) to reach the Capitol Switchboard. Call between now and April 13th.
