Group Workouts Three Days Each Week Through Summer
with Coach/Physiologist Adam St.Pierre, M.S.
Join Coach Adam St.Pierre for ski specific summer training for adults. Enjoy the same workouts and coaching that have helped make the Boulder Nordic Juniors so fast!
A few ski specific workouts per week will complement your current
workout routine, improving your running, biking, skiing, and fitness.
Join Adam for group workouts:
- Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00pm, ski-walking/bounding intervals
- Fridays from 6:30-7:30am, strength/spenst
- Saturdays or Sundays from 7:30 -11:00am, OD run/hike or rollerski
Meeting locations will vary, activities will consist of ski specific strength and dryland workouts including spenst, running, bounding, ski walking, and possibly rollerskiing. Workouts begin Wed. April 30th.
This program is designed for the athlete looking to be fit and strong when next winter starts. Why train alone when you can join fellow racers and XC enthusiasts for fun and effective group workouts?
Cost: $125 per month for 3 workouts per week, or pay the drop-in rate of $15 per session.
Discounted pricing for BNC members and for multi-month comitments. Discounted testing at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine is available to group members.
