I was excited the day one of our cars beat the Bugatti Veyron in a 0-200 mph contest of speed. As we leap forward into 2010, I am just as excited about sharing with you the latest and greatest cars, products and experiences from Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE).

Houston's ABC Channel 13 TV Visits
Hennessey Performance
Over the summer, Houston's ABC affiliate, Channel 13, called about doing a story on HPE, Tuner School & Lonestar Motorsports Park for a news segment.
Now the spot is posted online so everyone can watch.
Packed in the 3 minute spot is something for almost any modern gearhead: a Corvette ZR700, new Camaros, a GT-R on our all-wheel-drive dyno, a Ford GT, a Cadillac CTS V650 and even a 1,500 HP twin turbo Dodge Viper Comp Coupe destined for a trip overseas. There is also a "cameo appearance" by the world famous mullet-man,"Joe Dirt"!

After our visit to SEMA 2009, we sent our LS9-powered HPE700 Camaro to California and handed the keys over to Edmunds Inside Line so they could conduct the first test drive review of what they called "The King Kong of Camaros".

Hennessey Camaro Spotted Near the North Pole.... Actually, Make that North Pole, Alaska - Yes, There is a Santa Claus!
Meet the northern-most Hennessey-powered Camaro SS yet: Mr. Rolando "Rollie" Miranda's Cyber 2SS/RS.
It features a Hennessey cold air intake, American Racing long tube headers, a custom HPE ECM tune and KW Variant 1 coilover suspension, all sent via mail order... to Alaska!
That's right... North Pole, Alaska to be exact!
And as you can see from the picture he sent us, he also swapped out his factory wheels for a set of 22" Giovannas.
