Pointer:  Add Spice to Your Small Talk

Most small talk I've heard is bland, without flavor. It has no "Wow!" or "Yum-Yum." It's routine and predictable.

With very little effort, you can add spice to what you serve up in everyday small talk so that it's more tasty and enjoyable.

Try:

  1. A lighthearted attitude
  2. Gentle humor
  3. Surprising new ideas
  4. Vocal color and lively body language

(If you want to learn how to be funny even if you're not, subscribe to free Humor Power Tips newsletter at www.humorpower.com)

When you cook up your small talk with enjoyable spices, you'll soon become known as a fascinating person who's fun to talk with.

Until next week, Loren
