This automatic tubing system is able to pull non-woven fabric off of roll, pre-fold into a desired tube diameter and weld into a tube. After the system has welded the filter, it is pulled directly into a precise cut to length system.The filter tube system has line speeds up to 60 feet per minute (18m/min) with limited to no operator involvement.
The system can be configured with or without a sweep system.

After the system has welded the filter, it is pulled directly into a precise cut to length system. From here the ultrasonic sealing process was added to the filter line enabling the operator to easily radius weld the ends of filter bags.The filter tube system has line speeds up to 60 feet per minute (18m/min) with limited to no operator involvement.
