The real and practical alchemy and how it can benefit our lives

ALCHEMYSTICAL  SYMBOLS

Alchemystic Symbol of SIlverSilver: Silver is a very ductile and malleable (slightly harder than gold) with a brilliant white metallic lustre. It has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals, even higher than copper. In alchemy, silver is one of the three base metals often used as prima material at the inception of a work.

As such the alchemists always saw silver as being a metal or mineral capable of causing great beneficial transitional changes and as such Alchemists Workshop used it to create harmony and balance in matters of maintaining a healthy body and mind devoid of illness and disease. The transitional nature of a fine quality colloidal silver and its ability to defend against and eradicate serious health threats is further upheld by its ability to stimulate the immune system and generate the growth of new and replacement damaged or infected cells.

At the size and quality of ultrafine colloidal silver particles (0.10 -0.001 micron) and their ability to move freely through almost all human membranes there are no dangerous side effects despite the old superstition of skin turning blue. The blueing of skin phenomenon is a condition called Argyria and was caused by ingesting pulverised silver dust either in a solution or as a powder to treat various ailments. Because of the comparable larger size of these particles, they became trapped within the human body and caused a photosynthesis reaction within the skin, turning it blue over a considerable period of time when taken in large doses. This situation cannot occur when using modern day Ultrafine colloidal silver as it is evacuated from the body in the normal manner after it has started the transitional recuperation needed.

It is for this reason that such incredible progress in the use of colloidal silver has been experienced within the past century when it was discovered that microscopic particles measuring between 1.00 - 0.001 micron could be made using an electrical transmutation process spinning off these charged microscopic particles without using any additives to keep them in a state of perpetual suspension.

So by the 20th century one of the alchemists dreams had been fulfilled - the ability to make silver safe and suitable for ingestion; to be taken orally to work within the body and attack all invading illness bearing agents while at the same time speeding up natural healing with the use of silver both orally and topically.

Further, the alchemy symbol of silver is associated with the moon. As such, silver holds philosophical traits of the feminine persuasion as well as attributes of intuition, inner wisdom, and contemplation. Furthermore, profound artistic expression can be harnessed by using silver.

Symbols GoldGold: A soft, shiny, yellow, heavy, malleable, ductile (trivalent and univalent) transition metal. One of the more valued elements, gold represents perfection in all matter, on any level. Alchemists over the millennia have always attempted to insinuate its use into potions of the highest order in an attempt to capture and pass on its purity in all things and lack of degradation, especially in matters of purifying health and extending longevity; thus their search for the Elixir of Life. (This also may have been the basis of the mystical Philosophers Stone - Holy Grail).  It also symbolizes humankind's goal to obtain perfection in mind and spirit.

Alchemists have always looked upon gold as the purest of the pure in an environment of putrification thus they attempted to extract the basis of their belief system and search for a Universal Truth containing the secrets of longevity from the basic elements of gold.

Gold has already been found to ease mentally and stress related tremors and brain dysfunction.  Many decades ago even orthodox medicine embraced the use of gold injections for the treatment of arthritis and many other conditions.

The alchemists of old and throughout the Middle Ages believed that if they could only extract the vital force from pure gold, they would have found the very element of the life-giving force for good health and long life.  Since the latter half of the 20th century Alchemists Workshop have learned successfully how to extract the tiniest microscopic particles of charged gold particles to the same size and quality as Ultrafine Silver above. Lately during the first decade of the 21st century they have found a new method of extraction of pure gold particles using the same method embracing the plasma cycle involved with the sun.

The use of ultrafine colloidal gold and Ruby Red plasma gold has shown that it has remarkable effects on maintaining a regular heart beat, calming inflamed nerves, relieving stress, calming nerve related pains and generally maintaining a healthy body and neurosystem.

The use of gold in combination with other transitional minerals such as silver and copper can cause considerable catalyst responses in cases involving arthritis, skin ulcers, general skin conditions, nerve ticks, and Bells Palsy when used in conjunction with B12. Clinical experiments in California showed daily taking of 10ml colloidal gold increases IQ by up to 35%. So it again suggests that the alchemists of old were on the right track and that we are all heading for a longer and enlightened life expectancy with the help of colloidal gold

Longevity without senility is, and always has been the goal. But with increased IQ and more mobility we are finally getting to the end of a very long quest for the Elixir of Life.

Symbol CopperCopper: This is one of several alchemy symbols for copper (the other being traditional Venus symbol). Copper is a reddish-coloured metal, with a high electrical and thermal conductivity (among pure metals at room temperature, only silver has a higher electrical conductivity). Copper may well be the oldest metal in use, as copper artefacts dating to 8700 BC have been found.

The knowledge that copper conducted electricity was even known way back in the time of the ancient Hebrews when they built the Ark of the Covenant. According to the ancient instructions used to build the Ark of the Covenant when rebuilt in the 1960's by university students created a huge electrical discharged when touched after it had been standing for a period allowing it to store up static electricity and giving a mighty charge to anyone who touched it thereafter until the charge was safely drained.

However during the Middle Ages copper was successfully used to treat a host of very nasty conditions then occurring in Europe, Middle East and the Orient. Although mainly used topically externally for skin infections and sometimes used with silver on open sores, open sword wounds and other skin conditions; it was also used orally to treat internal worms and sexually occurring conditions. It was found also helpful in the treatment of some types of brain disorders when taken orally

Unfortunately, as with the other metals already discussed, this could also not be made into a safe soluble liquid without using a pulverised copper dust, meaning that to take it orally could cause some problems.  However once again the use of electrically transmuting copper into microscopic charged particles came to the rescue in 1975 when Alchemists Workshop created a pure ultrafine colloidal copper made of electrically charged particles of copper each between 0.010 - -.001 micron.

Copper in its modern ultrafine colloidal state is safe and can be taken orally as well as used topically for a myriad of aches and pains, skin and collagen restoration; and orally for increasing the elasticity of veins and arteries, thus avoiding potential heart or stroke problems; especially when used in conjunction with ultrafine colloidal gold.

The ancients knew the importance of copper to treat rheumatoid arthritis and consequently used it for wrist and ankle bangles and bracelets for its physiological interaction.  The use of copper for cooking pots is probably one of the best uses for preventing illness and defending the arterial pathways against cholesterol build-up. Copper was also found by Dr Becker to be the missing ingredient in all osteoporosis

Cadavers he inspected during his research in the early 1980's.

Copper was associated with the goddess Aphrodite/Venus in mythology and alchemy,. The elemental alchemy symbol for copper is also the planetary symbol for Venus. As such, this symbol embodies such characteristics as love, balance, feminine beauty, and artistic creativity.

Symbol ZincZinc: Zinc is a moderately reactive metal that will combine with oxygen and other non- metals, and will react with dilute acids to release hydrogen. Alchemists prepared philosopher's wool by burning the metal zinc in air. Philosopher's wool was zinc oxide, which was also sometimes called nix alba (white snow).

Zinc is an essential trace element, necessary for plants, animals, and microorganisms. Zinc is found in nearly 100 specific enzymes (some sources say 300), serves as structural ions in transcription factors and is stored and transferred in metallothioneins.  It is "typically the second most abundant transition metal in organisms" after iron and it is the only metal which appears in all enzyme classes.

Zinc has been used since ancient Egyptian times to enhance wound healing, although the usefulness of this approach is only partially confirmed by the clinical data of today.

Zinc ores were used to make the zinc-copper alloy brass many centuries prior to the discovery of zinc as a separate element. Palestinian brass from the 14th to 10th centuries BC contains 23% zinc. The Book of Genesis, written between the 10th and 5th centuries BC, mentions Tubalcain as an "instructor in every artificer in brass and iron" (Genesis 4:22)

Alchemists burned zinc metal in air and collected the resulting zinc oxide on a condenser. Some alchemists called this zinc oxide lana philosophica, Latin for "philosopher's wool", because it collected in wooly tufts while others thought it looked like white snow and named it nix album.[57]

The name of the metal was probably first documented by Paracelsus, a Swiss-born German alchemist, who referred to the metal as "zincum" or "zinken"

Zinc is necessary for the functioning of more than 300 different enzymes and plays a vital role in an enormous number of biological processes. Zinc is a cofactor for the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) and is in a number of enzymatic reactions involved in carbohydrate and protein metabolism.

Its immune-enhancing activities include regulation of T lymphocytes, CD4, natural killer cells, and interleukin II. In addition, zinc has been claimed to possess antiviral activity. It has been shown to play a role in wound healing, especially following burns or surgical incisions. Zinc is necessary for the maturation of sperm and normal fetal development. It is involved in sensory perception (taste, smell, and vision) and controls the release of stored vitamin A from the liver. Within the endocrine system, zinc has been shown to regulate insulin activity and promote the conversion thyroid hormones thyroxine to triiodothyronine.

Based on available scientific evidence, zinc may be effective in the treatment of (childhood) malnutrition, acne vulgaris, peptic ulcers, leg ulcers, infertility, Wilson's disease, herpes, and taste or smell disorders. Zinc has also gained popularity for its use in the prevention of the common cold.

Zinc is believed to possess antioxidant properties, which protect against premature aging of the skin and muscles of the body, although studies differ as to its effectiveness. Zinc also helps speed up the healing process after an injury. Zinc is used in throat lozenges or tablets to reduce the duration and the severity of cold symptoms. Zinc preparations can protect against sunburn in the summer and windburn in the winter.

The Age-Related Eye Disease Study determined that zinc can be part of an effective treatment for age-related macular degeneration

Zinc is used to prevent halitosis and is widely applied in shampoos because of its anti-dandruff function. Zinc ions are effective antimicrobial agents even at low concentrations. Gastroenteritis is strongly attenuated by ingestion of zinc, and this effect could be due to direct antimicrobial action of the zinc ions in the gastrointestinal tract, or to the absorption of the zinc and re-release from immune cells (all granulocytes secrete zinc), or both.[
