infrared technology we can examine your home for air leaks and suggest
tactics for improving your energy efficiency through air sealing and
insulation. Typical homes can save between 10% to 30% of their heating
bill when air sealing tactics are performed as well as experience fewer
symptoms i.e. ice dams.
Insulation work is also eligible for a $1500 Federal tax credit through 2010.

NESEA Trade Show and Green Certification

Thomas recently attended the NESEA (Northeast Sustainable Energy Association) trade show BUILDING ENERGY 2009. The show included a full day seminar on "Residential Retrofits for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability" as well as a day of smaller seminars and trade events with the latest in energy saving technology, Green Businesses, solar and wind technology and much more.  Thomas has also been attending a study group sponsored by Eastern Massachusetts NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) towards becoming a Certified Green Professional. |
