Ingredients:
Review with gratitude events of 2010 and decide what you want more of or to be different in 2011?
Create a vision for 2011 including key goals relative to your physical, emotional, spiritual and financial health.
Put together an action plan and commit to each step by writing in your calender a time-line to achieve each goal.
Create a support system for yourself to help you take action and achieve solutions if you meet any resistance!
Review your progress every month and be gentle with yourself as you create your best and most beautiful year ever!
