| Fall 2007 Civil Rights Forum |
|
The third in an ongoing series on contemporary civil rights the Civil Rights Forum brings noted conservative columnist and author Linda Chavez to the Valley.
Hosted by Raul Yzaguirre, long time progressive civil rights leader and presidential professor of practice at ASU's Center for Community Development and Civil Rights, the Civil Rights Forum offers ASU students and faculty as well as the community of Phoenix a chance to engage with national leaders on the topic of contemporary civil rights.
Linda Chavez and Raul Yzaguirre will share their views on civil rights, immigration, and their experiences as national leaders. Following their discussion a Q&A with the audience will allow for participants to be involved and ask questions.
