Since his selection in 2003, Mr. Morial has helped thrust the League into the forefront of major public policy issues and effective community-based solutions. Upon his appointment to the League, he established an ambitious five-point empowerment agenda encompassing Education, Economic Empowerment, Health & Quality of Life, Civic Engagement and Civil Rights & Racial justice that informs the League on programs, research and advocacy efforts.
