Going GreenLast week, we shared our New Year's resolutions and asked you to contribute some of your own. Below is a contribution from a PBO member:
 
"Consider printing your emails to a MIDI format instead of using paper. We all have emails that really need to be printed but oftentimes you can flag them for follow up in your in box instead of printing them out as a reminder for an action item.
 
"I have my flags in Outlook color coded for 'waiting for response', 'out for quote', 'action needed', 'waiting for approval', etc. I don't print nearly as much and I stay very organized. You can even add due dates and times to a particular flag so that you aren't late for a deadline."
