The air in any public space seems to be thick with fear and anxiety about the economy and finances.
Emergency Measures are called for here. And I'm NOT talking about a bailout. I'm talking about getting your mindBody aligned to help you.
Get up right now out of your chair (or at least sit up as tall as you can) and start a gentle bounce, a jiggle, a shimmy, a shake. This is the fastest way to change the body chemistry of fear.
