New Cox Box Repair System
Here at NK, we know how hard it is for all of our rowing customers to run a program and keep their equipment in working order. So we have decided to simplify the process for returning your Cox Boxes for repair.
Here are the changes that NK is making to make your life easier:
- Return Shipping is now FREE for all Cox Box repairs
- Return Shipping is now FREE for all new Cox Boxes purchased under the Customer Care Discount Program

A $25 discount on each Cox Box repair, just by completing your return authorization online. If you were to return four Cox Boxes at a time, that would be a $100 savings!
- Extra savings on a new Cox Box for completing your return online, now $399! (Special price is only available when a unit is traded in under the CCD program. Does not include microphone)
We now require that you choose which level of service you would like before the unit gets to NK. You will be able to choose from a 'Repair' option or 'Replace' automatically option, which is a part of our Customer Care Discount (CCD) program allowing you get great new products at a discount for trading in your old NK product.
- Repair - If you are sending your unit in to be repaired, you will now need to decide what you would like us to do if we cannot repair your unit.
- Replace Automatically - We will replace your unit automatically if we cannot repair it.
- Contact for Approval - We will contact you for approval before replacing you unit.
- Replace - We will replace your unit automatically without evaluation. This is the quickest option. If you know your unit cannot be repaired or you want to upgrade, selecting this option will drastically speed up the process.
Our new Cox Box repair system will reduce the time you wait for repair and get your Cox Box back on the water.
