NEW! Interactive Blog
Welcome to our healing community. We hope to
inspire you with our questions, while encouraging you
to share what they mean for you on a mind, body and
spiritual level.
The purpose of this blog is to help heal your
relationships with food. Every week our staff will post
questions about your relationship with food. These
questions are intended to stimulate a response and
discussion.
Feel free to comment as yourself or
anonymously if a question sparks your interest.
Members of our staff may respond at times to start
discussion. We hope that this community will help
you to look inside yourself and repair your relationship
with food.
Tell your story, and make connections with others who
are looking to heal their relationship with food and
related addictions through spiritual growth.
Feel free to log on as yourself or respond
anonymously. Our staff may chime in occassionally to
reflect.

Our first topic for discussion is: How does your
relationship with food parallel every other relationship
in
your life?
How is your relationship with
food similar to your relationship with people, things,
money, sexuality, drugs, alcohol and other addictive
substances? Do you over work or over spend? When
was the last time you treated yourself to something
special because you felt you deserved it? Do you
binge on people..and then find that you do not want
anyone near you? Is one drink not enough?
We already have a discussion going! Please chime
in. Thank you to Megan Smith, Central Michigan
University Dietetic Student who is the blog-master
extraordinaire!
