Eat What You Want - When You Want - As Much As
You Want!

So what’s the catch?
You can eat what you want whenever you want and as
much as you want if you do this ONE thing….
This is the one thing that trips most of us up. It is the
one thing that many don’t know how to do. And, it is
the one thing that if you do this, not only will you enjoy
your food, you will eat according to your innate wisdom
and desire without eating too much, eating too little
and without eating foods that don’t support your
health.
It’s very simple and even easy if you know how. Here it

You can eat whatever you want, whenever you want,
and as much as you want, if you…
Know What It Is That You Really Want!
Do you know what you want? Do you know what
you really want? If you are a subscriber to “Reconnect
With Food” then
most likely what you want is to enjoy healthful,
delicious food abundantly and with joy. You probably
want to lose the addictions to certain foods that impair
your well-being and energy, right? In fact, you may
have a very strong desire to have a stress-free
relationship to food that boosts your self image and
esteem.
If vibrant health is what you want, the question is, are
you eating in a way that gives you vibrant health? Do
you feel spiritually, emotionally, and physically
connected to food?
To Know What You Really Want, Ask
There’s a very distinct difference between what you
think you want and what you truly desire. A true desire
arises from within and you feel it as heightened
energy and expansion. It feels sure and certain, and
mostly, it feels aligned. These are the sensations of
inner guidance. I was not feeling well and certainly not
feeling healthy. I was ignoring inner guidance. So, I
asked, “What do I do now?” “What do I do to regain
and support my health?” These are essential
questions.
An essential question is one in which you—the mental
you—doesn’t have the answer. You surrender to the
part of being that is wise and intrinsic. And then you
wait.
Reconnect to Your Innate Wisdom
There’s only one decision to make when you want to
experience vibrant health and wellness, not only in
your body, but also in your work and relationships. It’s
the decision to listen to and follow the part of you that
aligns with your highest nature. Ask yourself an
essential question: “What do I really want?” Then
notice your energy and feelings of alignment and
resonance. Committing to receiving guidance is the
best way for you to have what you really desire. Allow
your answers to bubble up inside you. Allow yourself
to follow up on information that comes in front of you.
Become stirred and steered by your inner wisdom.
Reconnecting to inner guidance doesn’t mean giving
anything up; it means getting everything you really
desire. And isn’t that what you really want?
