1. Weight Loss Made Easy. I'm sure there are a few people out there who do not have 'weight loss' as an intention this year.  For the rest of us, Don Aslett's book assures us we can  "Lose 200 Lbs. This Weekend" with humorous and helpful de-clutter tips techniques. Not only will you be losing the weight of all the stuff you no longer love, use or need, you're also burning calories sorting, cleaning, and hauling.  Create space for your intentions, balance and harmony this weekend -- the feng shui way -- while you lose a few pounds.  Remember, what's going on outside has a direct effect on what's going on inside.  

2. Call your favorite charity.  Arrange for a donation pickup BEFORE you begin your declutter project  to ensure meeting your de-clutter goal.  My friend Jane has scheduled a pickup for every week so she consistently creates an environment that supports who she is and where she's going by making room for what she wants.  Because my husband is a Vietnam Vet, we have been using Vietnam Veterans of America.  Call for a pickup at 1-800-775-VETS (8387).  They pick up rain or shine.  No excuses.

3.  Reward yourself.  Knowing there is a reward at the end of the project can be a real motivator.  Whether it's a glass of wine, a well-deserved nap, or a bicycle ride (or walk) in the fresh air -- make sure you reward yourself.  How about scheduling a fun afternoon expressing yourself on canvas!  Come paint with us Sunday, January 29!  See details below.
