Tip #1 Need some energy (chi)? Clear the clutter! Let go of anything that you no longer love, use or need. Clear some space for the energy to flow through your office, your home, the closets, the stairways and hallways. Make room for new opportunities, experiences, money, time, relationships, and energy - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Tip #2 Having trouble letting go of something? Every thing has its own energy. Hold the item, close your eyes, and listen to how this item impacts your life. Do you feel joy and excitement? Do you feel sad or angry? Or is your feeling neutral? Consider letting go of those items that bring up negative or neutral feelings. Display and honor the items that bring positive, good energy to you.
Tip #3 Feeling depressed? Overwhelmed? Stuck? Get stuff up off the floor. All those boxes, papers, crates, books and magazines are pulling the chi energy down. Lift the energy in your spaces by lifting stuff up off the floor and onto shelves.
