Surrendering Thought
"Your involvement with thinking takes you out of this moment.
So if you surrender every thought that arises back into this moment then you will begin to feel this moment directly.
You will feel the subtle sensations, of existing in this moment. You will begin to fall back into what is here unconditionally, what is here prior to all thought. Presence and doing What is it like to not attempt to change, fix, create or recreate any experience for the benefit of a "me?" When an experience arises - whether pleasurable or painful - it is simply allowed to be. This allowing happens by no one. Stated another way, this allowing happens naturally and effortlessly from the simple recognition of presence beyond the time-bound, thought-based story of the doer that falsely believes she is in control. You are this presence, not the time-based story that is making effort to gain a future benefit from her actions. Presence sees that every experience is - by its very nature - temporary. Every past experience has now gone. Presence is always here. Instead of trying to find out who you are through particular experiences, recognize that presence is arising as every experience. Presence does not have a self-centered objective. It isn't seeking to add something to itself through experience. Presence just is. Its very nature is to allow. It even allows all doing to happen. Doing that arises from presence has a different feel altogether than doing that arises from the me energy that has an agenda to get something in return for its actions. Doing that arises from presence accepts what is naturally and effortlessly and then responds naturally and effortlessly. It has no selfish agenda because it recognizes no separate self.

INTENTION OF TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH
by Judith Karvitz
(Continuation...)
Another wonderful gift I received from TPP was the understanding of when our emotional imprinting took place and our passageway back to that space to work with our issues at their causal level. This is so important because this is the only way we are able to reach true resolution of our seemingly never-ending repetitious life dramas.
This understanding and appreciation of the sacredness of the emotional processing during sessions has added greatly to Transformational Breath. Knowing that our feelings are the closest vibration to our Spiritual Selves and by feeling them unconditionally we are able to access our Presence. When we are unconditionally present with our feelings we are able to go through the energetic doorway to our Presence.

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |
| | Michael Brown |
From PART V:
9. Why is it that since completing The Presence Process we are more aware of the suffering in the world, and yet feel less compelled to do something about it?
(Continuation...)
When we reawaken to the certainty of cause and effect, we realize it is pointless to run around attempting to rescue others from their experiences. This behavior is the same as attempting to rescue others from themselves, or from love, or from God. Why rescue others from God? When we integrate that the only authentic suffering is the forgetfulness of personal responsibility, our first step is to take full responsibility for our own experience. Rescuing ourselves from our own forgetfulness is the birth of authenticity. It is also the most compassionate act we may initiate, because an automatic radiance is inherent in this awakening; first we radiate peace into our own life experience, this then radiates in our relationship with our family, our community, city, country, continent, and our entire planet. |

The Transparency of Things by Rupert Spira by Non-Duality Press Paperback

 | | Rupert Spira |
Knowingness
[Therefore, because the experience of Consciousness knowing itself is colourless and transparent, because it cannot be experienced as an object, Consciousness overlooks its own Presence.] It forgets that it is always already experiencing itself and so it looks for itself outside, apparently outside, in the realm of objectivity. In that moment, Consciousness throws a veil over itself, it forgets itself, and the search for itself begins. Every now and then the search is brought to an end in a moment of Understanding, Love or Beauty. In such moments, Consciousness experiences itself knowingly. |

Chapter 90
Surrender to Your Own Self
(Continuation...)
Q: Well, let us die and see.
M: Give attention and you will find that birth and death are one, that life pulsates between being and non-being, and that each needs the other for completeness. You are born to die and you die to be reborn.
Q: Does not detachment stop the process?
M: With detachment the fear goes, but not the fact.
Q: Shall I be compelled to be reborn? How dreadful!
M: There is no compulsion. You get what you want. You make your own plans and you carry them out.
