Surrendering Thought
"Your involvement with thinking takes you out of this moment.
So if you surrender every thought that arises back into this moment then you will begin to feel this moment directly.

Reflections of the One Life: Daily Pointers to Enlightenment by Scott Kiloby by BookSurge Publishing Paperback ~ release Date: 2009-08-10

November 26th Unconditional love At the deepest core of being is unconditional love. This is unlike the love associated with the dream state in which there is a belief in a separate person who loves certain things and people and doesn't love other things and people. There is always a seeking towards personal gratification in that egoic love. The me is out to get something. To even want love in return is still seeking gratification for a personal self. This love has no personal ambition, personal motivation, or personal agenda. It isn't seeking control. It isn't even seeking love or any other reward in return. This love simply looks at the world and sees itself. It moves to include because it doesn't recognize exclusion as ultimately real. The unconditional love of being knows no separation. Yet it doesn't even hold tightly to "no separation" as a position. This love isn't interested in positions. In each position taken in relation to your spouse, your boss, your friend or your enemy, love seems obscured by an illusory "me." Love isn't actually obscured. Love is what you are. It is the position that creates the sense of separation. The separation is not real. This love simply is. It simply loves. No amount of effort will show you that. This love swallows the whole notion that there is a "you" that must somehow do something in order to find something separate called love.

INTENTION OF TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH
by Judith Karvitz
(Continuation...)
One of the more interesting aspects of TB is the understanding of the correlation is going on in their life, at the levels of personality, behaviors, the subconscious and areas of expression.
We call this understanding Breathing Analysis and it is a very succinct science. It is an actual reading of one's relationship with life or the life-force. Having the specific information about what the individual breathing pattern means gives TB facilitators the ability to support the breather in several ways. We are able to give supportive affirmations to help in the process of opening the breath and reprogram limiting beliefs in the subconscious.
We are also able to identify their breathing pattern with major attitudes and behaviors that show up in their lives thus enabling us to assist clients to be more conscious of their actions and choices.

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |
| | Michael Brown |
From PART V:
9. Why is it that since completing The Presence Process we are more aware of the suffering in the world, and yet feel less compelled to do something about it?
(Continuation...)
[While we are imprisoned by our own time-based perceptions, we attempt to liberate others.
While we are starving for our own attention, we attempt to feed the masses.]
This is why we become annoying to others when we enter the state of being that is very helpful, because in this state we are blinded to the predicament of our own reflections and projections; that we are the ones needing the most help. |

The Transparency of Things by Rupert Spira by Non-Duality Press Paperback

Knowingness
[Consciousness cannot 'not know' itself.]
As it reappears, the mind interprets this experience of the timeless presence of Consciousness as a blank, a void, because all it can know are objects. It would be more accurate to say that Consciousness represents this experience of its own formless presence, as a blank object in the mind. However, even a blank or a void is a subtle object.
As soon as this experience of the formless presence of Consciousness is represented in the mind, it takes a form, because mind is form.
Therefore, the most accurate representation in the mind of the formless presence of Consciousness, is a blank object, a void. It is, so to speak, a form without a form. It is a representation, which tries to impersonate the formless presence of Consciousness.

Chapter 89
Progress in Spiritual Life
(Contiuation...)
Q:Do you help people personally?
M:People come to discuss their problems. Apparently they derive some help, or they would not come.
Q:Are the talks with people always in public, or will you talk to them privately also?
M:It is according to their wish. Personally, I make no distinction between public and private.
Q:Are you always available, or have you other work to do?
M:I am always available, but the hours in the morning and late afternoon are the most convenient.
Q:I understand that no work ranks higher than the work of a spiritual teacher.
M:The motive matters supremely.
