3 Steps to Awakening
"This experience of separation and stress, of being a person separate from everything else is something you are doing. You are contracting moment to moment into identifying with thinking, identifying with the body, identifying with the idea of who you think yourself to be and how life is supposed to be. And this contraction blocks you from experiencing your true nature of peace. So then how do you stop this contraction? How do you stop creating this suffering?
Lets put it in 3 parts: The first is practice: spending time every day actively practicing a meditation technique.
The main reason for this is to focus your mind; to focus your attention. With focused attention, awareness begins to grow and you begin to experience life beyond the confines of the intellectual and emotional mind. Second is to immerse yourself in Shakti. Whether it is sitting with an enlightened teacher that radiates Shakti, and/or meditating with the Calling or Infinite Sky CDs, this Shakti will awaken you from the inside out, giving you a direct experience of bliss that is almost impossible to experience on your own. Third is to surrender, to allow your experience in this moment to be exactly as it is without trying to control it, change it or even identify with it. To experience this moment directly, without carrying your past around with you and believing yourself to be that. Let go of the idea of yourself and let your attention rest in the sensations that you feel in this moment instead of perceiving this moment through thinking. If you do these three things you will begin to feel alive in a way you never did before, you will begin to experience your true nature as peace. It is the difference between thinking about bliss and living as bliss itself. Blessings, Kip" Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. I have found a way to turn Kundalini Shakti into sound So simply by listening to meditation music you effortlessly awaken to your natural state of unconditional peace, bliss and freedom.

Breitenbush 01 - The Rains Retreat - The Journey Home by Eckhart Tolle |

Tape 5
(Continuation)
[ And it's an important one because there's still the momentum of human unconsciousness.]
It wasn't so long ago that Europeans more or less did what they do now in the name of religion. The inquisition, if you didn't believe exactly what they wanted you to believe they would kill you. That was a few hundred years ago in Europe. And again, those people were so identified with mind structures and labels, I talk about obscuring the reality, the depth of this phenomena that we call rain by labeling it, imagine [that by] attaching labels to people or groups of people you no longer sense who they...their aliveness.

Path v. no path
Non-duality teachings state that there is no path to This. To the self, there appears to be a path. The spiritual seeker "thinks up" and maintains the self each time the "I" thought is believed. That seeker can even experience the sense of moving closer in time to This as she measures and compares the degree to which there appears to be a self now to the degree to which there appeared to be a self in the past. The path arises only through that measuring and comparing.
Before the shift in perception called enlightenment, the mind interprets This in terms of a separate self living along a time-based path. In the shift in perception, the self and the path fall away "together" because the path is the self.
Is there a path or not? When the mind interprets life from the relative perspective, there is a self, and therefore a path. When the mind interprets from the absolute perspective, there is no self, and therefore no path. See what the dualistic mind is doing? It is looking for a place to land in that dualism of path v. no path. It believes that if it finds somewhere to land conceptually, it has the truth. But the truth is not conceptual. It is actual. It is life itself, appearing in whatever form it appears right now. The "truth" is in every experience and every perspective.

Chapter 4
Fact: Consciousness is the Infinite Itself
(Continuation...)
There really is no such thing as a finite body or person known as "I." Infinity Itself is the only I. This isn't said to impress or because it sounds "spiritually important."
It's really true.
Right now-very slowly, gently and softly say the word I to yourself.
Do not voice I aloud. Let I be said silently.
Let this I keep repeating Itself-very, very slowly, softly and easily-
"I," "I," until you clearly hear It "within yourself."

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |
| | Michael Brown |
From PART V: 5. When we assist the body to heal itself by exercising a proper lifestyle and nutritional habits, it does so in an order of a priority determined by the consciousness of the body. Is there also an unfolding priority in neutralizing our negative emotional charge?(Continuation...)
Resolving our past is definitely like unravelling a big tangled ball of emotional rope. It requires gentleness, patience, and an overall perspective of our predicament that we do not contain while we operate in a time-based paradigm. This is why we are asked to trust the Process, because we may not necessarily be able to understand what our Inner Presence is accomplishing from our limited level of awareness. |

The Ease Of Being
(Continuation...)
[When no objects are present, Consciousness is naturally one with itself. When objects are present, Consciousness is naturally one with whatever is present.]
An object is limited when it is understood to be separate and independent of Consciousness, but it is infinite when understood to be an expression of Consciousness itself. Consciousness learns to identify exclusively with one part of the totality of whatever appears within itself - that is, with a body/mind. It chooses this identification out of its own innate freedom. In that sense it is also natural. Ignorance is a choice that Consciousness makes out of its own freedom.

Chapter 88
Knowledge by the Mind, is not True Knowledge
(Continuation...)
Q:Things may be transient, yet they are very much with us, in endless repetition.
M:Desires are strong. It is desire that causes repetition. There is no recurrence where desire is not.
Q:What about fear?
M:Desire is of the past, fear is of the future. The memory of past suffering and the fear of its recurrence make one anxious about the future.
Q:There is also fear of the unknown.
M:Who has not suffered is not afraid.
