Realizing the Nameless
"Someone sent me a beautiful email recently.
They said they were searching for something that they did not feel really had a name. Everyone is really looking for that same thing. That mystery which is fulfilment. But somewhere along the line most get caught up in defining it.
In calling it enlightenment or kundalini or stillness or no mind. And in naming it, you lose what you were looking for, you create a 'something' on top of what you were seeking in the first place. A something that is impossible to attain because it only exists in your idea of it. And then you get caught up in ideas, in knowledge, in spiritual quotes and inspirations. By trying to figure it out, you get further and further away from what you were seeking in the first place. But if you can just surrender back into not knowing, to observing & feeling this moment instead of interpreting,
then like a black hole that bliss that has no name drinks up all of the words, all of the noise.
It eats it all up until there is nothing left but that which cannot be defined.
And then that bliss is experienced in everything. Just by walking, just by breathing.
Breathing alone can be the most extraordinary experience if there is no mind there to interpret it. But it takes practice, it takes meditation By immersing yourself in shakti and meditation every day, everything becomes clear. Blessings, Kip" Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. Tape 5 (Continuation...)
[And it's so easy to lose sight of that fact of how unstable all forms are. Because, when the form dissolves you're faced with the fact of death.]
Which could come to anyone of us, at any time, suddenly. So, it is...death is also, when it is truly faced and not covered over by explanations - I could say to you, these people are all well, now. It would require some belief on your part. It may be the truth. But I would make a statement that some of you would believe in and others would say, "Well, I'm not sure if that's true" and somebody else would say, "How do you know that's true?" and somebody else would say, "Oh, it's good to know that."

Love just is
Thought takes dualistic positions. It says: This is about Oneness. This is not about Oneness. There is a God. There isn't a God. Spiritual realization is about awareness. Spiritual realization is not about awareness. There is a self. There is no self. There is choice. There is no choice. This is about Jesus. This is not about Jesus. My life is good. My life is bad. This teacher has it. This teacher doesn't. These are all dualistic stories.
Thought cannot see non-duality. The function of thought is to take dualistic positions. Thought can even take a position on thought. Thought is bad is just another dualistic position.
Oneness is not a position. It is not anything to argue about. It is nothing at all. It cannot be grasped. You can't get it because you are it. It is a seeing that life is impermanent. There is nothing to hold onto. No experience. No concept. No belief. No philosophy. No expression. Nothing, nothing, nothing. To the dualistic mind, that may sound like nihilism. But again, the dualistic mind will never see This. When non-duality is realized to be this seeing of what the dualistic mind is constantly doing, an opening can happen. The attachment to all positions dies. Love is what is left. This love takes no position on non-duality. It is not for or against it. It sees no other so it allows everything. Love just is.

Chapter 4 FACT: CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE INFINITE ITSELF (Continuation...)
Besides the five types of sensation, even emotions are distinct, observable forms. Each emotion (happiness, anger, etc.), has its own particular feeling or "color," which distinguishes it from other emotions. While hard to measure technologically, each emotion according to scientists would be a specific nerve or chemical reaction. It's actually a very definite pattern of energy or vibration. For that matter, sounds, sights, touches, tastes and smells all are forms of vibration too.

The Choice Of Freedom
(Continuation...)
[This exploration of the nature of experience takes place within Consciousness and is an expression of Consciousness]
There is no entity that does the exploring. Even from the point of view of scientific materialism there are no separate entities in the universe. Everything is interconnected. If all the minds, bodies and worlds that exist are interconnected in one seamless system, how could the Consciousness, which is considered in scientific materialism to be a by-product of this system, itself be individual and separate?

Chapter 86
The Unknown is the Home of the Real
(Continuation...)
Q: Is the waking state more important for spiritual practice than sleep? M: On the whole we attach too much importance, to the waking state. Without sleep the waking state would be impossible; without sleep one goes mad or dies; why attach so much importance to waking consciousness, which is obviously dependent on the unconscious? Not only the conscious but the unconscious as well should be taken care of in our spiritual practice.
