Samadhi "If you can get to the point in witnessing in meditation, where you realize that everything is moving by itself, then you drop out of any idea of yourself and into formless consciousness. The experience of separation is cancelled out and you rest in your natural state.
It is here that everything comes right. It is in this that every cell of your being gets healed and transformed back into its natural state of vibrating bliss.
It is intoxicating, all encompassing and completely gratifying.
From the perspective of the mind, happiness is something you need to acquire.
It is something you are moving towards and so you are constantly looking in front of this moment to an idea of some future event where you will feel satisfied.
But this is dissatisfaction itself. This constant seeking into the future is unhappiness itself.
Yes, you need to practice you need to do everything you can to make yourself more conscious.
But the path is not linear but inward.
Through purification, you bring yourself further and further into this moment. You let go of all control and drop into what is here, you immerse yourself in what is here. Because what is here is what transforms.
The idea that you as a person can transform yourself into something else is really only scratching at the surface.
Only superficial changes get made with the mind.
You fall into this moment and there is an infinite ocean of grace. There is only grace, only infinite bliss and this bliss completes you on every level.
Once you experience this, all ideas of self help, transformation get tossed out the window. You stop being a person trying to go somewhere and fall into bliss itself. Blessings, Kip" Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. Tape 5 (Continuation...) Q: I have a question about, I see two states that you describe tonight. One is the state of alertness, another is a state of being the consciousness or the awareness being trapped in the conceptual reality, the conceptual world that humans seem to build and live in much of the time. And, as I sit here and listen, there's another state that seems to come in and maybe it's a trick of slipping into a dream state. While I'm trying to listen to you and pay attention, all of a sudden I'm in a dream state somewhere else, which is like being completely different. And I wonder if you have any tips about being here - I want to be here, but I pop off into something else. ET: Now the dream state is also the state...even when you conceptualize something in your immediate surroundings. Like I gave the example of bad weather, saying...using the label and completely believing it separate. You're already trapped in a dream state, it's the dream of thought forms. And then that can also the form, you're not even labeling anything that's around you, you go off completely into the world of thought structures. They may refer to a place somewhere else in space and time. They maybe just the play of thought, and that is the favorite thing of the egoic entity. |

Reflections of the One Life: Daily Pointers to Enlightenment by Scott Kiloby by BookSurge Publishing Paperback ~ release Date: 2009-08-10

Complaining
Complaining, either to others or only in thought, is one of the ways in which the dream self keeps the dream of separation going. Complaining about someone or something makes the dream self feel morally superior. Whenever thought makes the other wrong, the dream self sees itself as right.
The attempt to stop complaining assumes that you have control. But "you" are just one of the many thoughts occurring spontaneously and involuntarily within the dream. The very movement to stop complaining is a movement of the dream self trying to get rid of itself. Do you see the futility of that?
In judging the voice in your head that is complaining as bad, you are seeking a future moment where there is no complaining. That very movement is seeking. It is a denial of what is. If complaining is arising, that is what is arising. Period.
Noticing the complaining voice (as well as the voice that says that complaining should not be happening) is enough. That noticing tends to allow the complaining to die on its own. But if that complaining voice dies out, "you" did not kill it. If the voice returns, "you" did not bring it back. There can only be a seeing of what is coming and going beyond your control, which is to say that there is no self who has control. The noticing being referred to here comes from beyond the dream of self.

Chapter 12
FACT: CONSCIOUSNESS
IS WHAT THE PRESENT IS
(Continuation...)
And one has to start with the Present and not time because only the Present is present to start with. What's more, that very Conscious Present Itself is the only One present to do all "starting."
That very Present must be You, for nothing else is present to be You.

Excerpts From "Being Our Companion: Exploring Self-Facilitation Through The Presence Process"
The Presence Portal |
| | Michael Brown |
From PART V: 2. (Continuation...) When we finally overcome our fear, we perceive the whole scenario in the light of a profound revelation, and we then understand what the facilitator sacrificed to keep us in the game; everything and nothing. A facilitator does not give up on anyone when their services are requested; it is a life commitment to Life and not to the personality of the living individual. As circumstances change, facilitators flow patiently along the currents of time and space, taking action again whenever it most benefits the well-being of the facilitated. Accordingly, when an authentic facilitator appears to be entering our present life experience for the first time, this may not be the case at all; they may be picking up where they left off from another life experience altogether. |

Consciousness Is Self-Luminous
(Continuation...)
The same is true of our experience. The substance of all appearances is the Presence in which they arise. The Existence of an object derives its Being from the Presence in which it arises. Its appearance is derived from its name and form. That which sees is that which is seen.

Chapter 86
The Unknown is the Home of the Real
(Continuation...)
Q: As I sit here, I see the room, the people. I see you too. How does it look at your end? What do you see?
M: Nothing. I look, but I do not see in the sense of creating images clothed with judgements. I do not describe nor evaluate. I look, I see you, but neither attitude nor opinion cloud my vision. And when I turn my eyes away, my mind does not allow memory to linger; it is at once free and fresh for the next impression.
