The Path of Shakti
"If you really want to live in bliss, then half of the journey is awakening the shakti: the subtle energy current that runs through your body and beyond the body.
You sit with a fully enlightened teacher or you listen to The Infinite Sky CDs or The Calling CDs and Shakti is awakened in you.
The other half is attention.
You begin to feel this shakti as bliss, peace or love and you give your attention to it. You become aware of it's movement and through awareness you allow it to move freely through your body and awaken every particle of your being.
It's a very simple process, but it comes down to what you value.
If you value bliss, if you value unconditional love then you give your full attention to it, and you nurture it.
But if you value other things, if you place importance on your opinions, the content of your thinking or outward fear and pleasure then this bliss cannot touch you as much.
It still touches you, but not as deeply. Still, slowly, it makes itself known more and more calling for your attention. And little by little you give up your distractions, your worries, your self importance and self destructive tendencies for the peace that permeates everything. Because it makes you feel alive in a way nothing else can. You begin to adjust your life around nurturing this bliss, from the food you eat, the activities you do, to the company you keep.
And then this bliss begins to appear in all aspects of life. You walk in bliss, you talk in bliss, you work in bliss. Bliss no longer becomes something you have, rather bliss simply is, radiating without cause or reason.
You become so transparent that there is only light. Blessings, Kip" "In meditation you are not moving in a linear line going from one place to another.
Rather you are moving deeper into this moment.
So the most important part of meditation, if you are practicing the path of awareness is to allow yourself to rest in this moment. To allow everything to be exactly as it is and relax into it and sink right through it. This sounds quite easy, but when you are constantly looking forward, trying to attain something trying to get somewhere, then when you actually try and rest in this moment, you are confronted with something that you want to escape.
It's like the closer you are to no separation you really feel that sense of separation the strongest. When you are busy looking forward in time or backwards in time then you have successfully escaped fully feeling separation. But the moment you give up this linear movement you are confronted with what is here. And then there is the need for complete surrender, to fully allow yourself to sink into feeling what is here.
To fully immerse yourself into what is here beyond the thoughts, the emotions, and the physical sensations.
There cannot be any looking for it to be a certain way.
You cannot look for there to be a payout.
But the moment you give up this constant urge to move forward towards something, and sink into this moment,
you are immersed in peace. And then the practice is to relax more and more into the depth of consciousness which exists outside of time.
To sink deeper and deeper into the eternal stillness of this moment that lies beneath all movement.
Blessings, Kip" Please Note: Please Note: My main teaching is for you to immerse yourself in Kundalini Shakti - the energy one naturally radiates in the highest states of enlightenment. I have found a way to turn Kundalini Shakti into sound So simply by listening to meditation music you effortlessly awaken to your natural state of unconditional peace, bliss and freedom.

[Which then continuously confirms to their mind that their interpretation of the world - which is probably that basically this is not a good place to be, "everybody's out to get me" - and continuously life confirms that interpretation.] Because they experience so many,...they meet so many other pain-bodies, they don't know that's what they attract. (chuckles). So, nobody here is at that degree of unconsciousness, of course. (Laughter). But the pain-body is still there. There is a pain-body and occasionally the pain-body needs to come up and that is a good thing. Of course it is, because it is. (laughter) |

Reflections of the One Life: Daily Pointers to Enlightenment by Scott Kiloby by BookSurge Publishing Paperback ~ release Date: 2009-08-10

July 6th The victim loop As with all false mind-created identities, the victim identity is a self-centered loop of thought and emotion. If you identify as a victim, you entertain thoughts of past in which life appeared to treat you unfairly. You interpret present circumstances through the lens of the loop, essentially looking for ways in which life is currently treating you unfairly, all in an effort to confirm your victimhood. Thoughts of future are infused with victimhood, such that you project a future full of more unfair treatment. Constantly viewing the present moment and the future through the lens of the victim story strengthens the story. It strengthens the loop - the false "you." This loop will continue repeating itself until awareness sees the loop and recognizes that the loop is an object in awareness. As a thought arises such as, "Life always treats me unfairly," or "This situation will not turn out well," simply notice that the thought is coming from within the victim loop and notice any negative emotions accompanying the thought. In noticing the thought and emotion, allow attention to gently return to the space of now and to the space of your inner body where the negative emotion is arising. Noticing the content of the victim loop whenever it arises allows your true nature to be revealed. |

FACT: THERE IS NOTHING GREATER THAN CONSCIOUSNESS
RIGHT NOW, YOU ARE CONSCIOUS.
(Continuation...)
[If anything, the universe seems or appears to be within Consciousness; Consciousness never is within it. Thus Consciousness is greater than it, and not bounded by it at all.]
At the moment, yes, it certainly seems or appears as if many things are outside of, or beyond your body-such as this book, other objects, even the moon. But no thing ever is out beyond Consciousness, Awareness, is it? If it were, one could not appear to be aware of that thing. General human belief of course always has said Consciousness is confined inside the human body, somewhere in the brain. That simply is not true, though it may seem or appear so. It's an assumption, just like the old assumption that the earth was flat because it appears so. A major endeavor of this book is to show conclusively, in various ways, how and why Consciousness is not inside the body. Consciousness is infinite and boundless-It never is contained or bordered by the body or any other -not even the entire stellar universe.

We are therefore encouraged to facilitate our journey into self-discovery by asking ourselves questions like: - Do we choose to hear the truth about our predicament, about our behavior, or are we only seeking out information that conveniently justifies why we continue to entrap ourselves in these circumstances?
- Are we authentic enough to answer these above questions honestly?

Our True Body
(Continuation...)
If we take the subjective aspect of experience first, we see that it is impossible to know anything objective about it, about 'I,' about Consciousness. The simple reason for this is that anything that is known is by definition an object. Anything we think we know about the subject is immediately transferred to the status of 'object.' It becomes the known, not the Knower.
